Letter

A letter is a written form of communication that is usually sent from one person or entity to another. Letters can be used for a variety of purposes, such as conveying information, expressing sentiments, making requests, or providing instructions.

In general, a letter follows a formal structure and includes a salutation, an introduction, a body, and a closing. The salutation is the greeting at the beginning of the letter, such as "Dear [Name]." The introduction usually includes an explanation of the purpose of the letter and may also provide some background information. The body of the letter contains the main message, which may be divided into paragraphs for clarity. The closing includes a concluding sentence or paragraph and a closing phrase, such as "Sincerely" or "Best regards," followed by the sender's signature.

Letters can be written by hand or typed, and they can be sent through traditional mail or electronically. They are often used in both personal and professional contexts and can be an effective way to communicate important information or convey sentiments in a thoughtful and organized manner.
